Robertson Cox offers consultancy to clients on a project basis or retainer basis. Consulting projects can focus on the highest strategic levels of a client, or on improvements to the operational profitability of one division or geographic region. Using the QD and QV Methodologies, Robertson Cox staff work closely with client employees to gather data about operations and trading relationships, and then create a detailed analysis, conclusions, and recommendations for the client.

Competence Development (more)

Robertson Cox offers competence development and training to client staff as individual courses or certification programs, in packages tailored to the needs of strategy, sales, marketing, operational and procurement and supply staff. Competence Development is an invaluable complement to a Robertson Cox strategy project, allowing the profit opportunities identified during that process to be institutionalised within the daily practices of client staff.

Executive Facilitation (more)

Executive Facilitation provides key decision-makers with the core of the Robertson Cox methodology in order to help them in assessing the potential value and areas of application of our other services. Following consulting projects or Competence Development programs, an Executive Facilitation session of two or three days generates a roadmap toward effective implementation and management of the QD and QV Methodologies.
