Creating a Unified Vision

Large-scale consulting projects to align client demand and supply will regularly impact multiple functional units within an organisation. Robertson Cox, while typically working with one senior executive as project sponsor, have found that formally building internal consensus within the client firm early in the project process is a critical step to successful outcomes.

Consequently we have created a one-day executive session aimed at senior executives within client firms. This session can be provided as an early deliverable within a project, or prior to the commencement of project work.

The session provides an overview of Robertson Cox methodologies, and builds a framework of understanding which allows client project sponsors to secure the buy-in of other stakeholders within the organisation.

We have subsequently found that these sessions serve as a useful introduction to our methodologies and our firm, and offer them on a single-day-engagement basis as one of our service offerings.
